  • LOST AND FOUND – Please check the Lost and Found by Friday, March 8th.  Items left over will be donated to our sister school Dover Elementary in San Pablo. 
  • SPRING BOOK FAIR -Did you know that our volunteers raised close to 6,000 from the Fall and Spring Book fair? Our Fall and Spring Book Fairs are important events that help support Science Night, One on One Sports and Grandparents Day, to name a few.

-Do you love the Scholastic Book Fair at Alamo School? Do you like volunteering at the book fair?  We need your help!  We need a chair (or co-chairs) to help run this successful event at school during the week of April 15th through April 19th. We have past chairs who are ready to train the next group of volunteers.  If you are interested, please contact Kristin Bush at for more information. 

       •   Talent Show – The Talent Show will be held 5:00 pm, Thursday, March 28th

•   Tryouts / Act Approval for Kinder – 3rd Grade – 3/6 – 2:00pm – 4pm

•   Tryouts / Act Approval for 4th Grade – 5th Grade – 3/7 - 3pm –5pm

Act One Rehearsal – 3/20 – 2:00pm – 5pm

Act Two Rehearsal - 3/21 - 3pm –6pm

Dress Rehearsal Act One and Two – Wed. 3/27 - 2pm until show is complete

****If your child participates in the show, parents will need to sign up to run a position for the show to be successful!****

Talent Show Committee Reserves the Right to Refuse Acts based on Child Safety.

        •   PTA Executive Board will be voted in at our next PTA Association Meeting on March 28th after school drop off. Please join us as we elect the new board for 2019-2020. Location TBA.  If you are interested in a chair position, please contact our nominating committee chair, Cori Phillips,
